Questions about official Washtenaw County criminal records belong with the office that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court documents to the Trial Court, Sheriff reports and booking data to Sheriff Records, and statewide criminal-history questions to Michigan State Police. Washtenaw County Criminal History is privately operated and cannot issue, change, or certify a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve an official file, conduct an official check, correct a record, or accept a Michigan set-aside application.
